I get it, sometimes working out can be the last thing on your mind. Allow me to help you stay on track so that you can reach your goals because we both know how much it means for you and how important it is
  • You want to train with a calisthenics specialist - Whether you’re beginner or advanced, you’ll learn bodyweight mastery and strength techniques from an expert along with functional weight lifting principles.   • You want expert coaching with the flexibility to train anywhere at any time - No gym? No problem. Train on your own schedule with structured guidance. If you have access to a gym, that is a plus but not required. (Weights can also be implemented into this plan)
  • You need a customized plan built for your goals - Let’s face it generic workouts don’t deliver and most group bootcamp style classes primarily focus on cardio. Get a personalized program designed for your fitness level, strengths, and weaknesses that is proven to help you reach your fitness goals no matter how BIG
  • You’re ready to build strength, master your body weight while making real progress with expert feedback - Stay consistent with progress check-ins, video form reviews/tutorials and direct support from me. Everything is already ready for you, all you have to do is SHOW UP

Calisthenics is for you if

  • You believe fitness & bodyweight mastery should be accessible to all - Our bodies are the one thing that we truly own, and mastering it builds strength that can only be gained by doing calisthenics. (E.g., Someone who practices calisthenics, their strength will transfer over to the weight room. Someone who only focuses on weight lifting, that strength doesn’t necessarily transfer over to calisthenics due to factors such as endurance and mobility)
  • You think you’re too old, too young, too big or not the “right type” for fitness - Calisthenics welcomes every age, size, and ability, challenging misconceptions and proving that fitness is universal. Calisthenics promotes longevity (Building strength through natural multi-joint movements improving balance, stability, flexibility and mobility. Encourages mindfulness, stress relief, and improved mood.)
  • You want a workout plan that works for you not against you - I understand how busy your life can get. This training style uses your body weight, meaning you do not need fancy equipment or a gym membership to get strong (Although having access to a gym is recommended). This plan allows you to train from your office, your home, the park, your apartment gym, you name it. All you truly need is yourself and the desire to get after it.
